What we collect

When you bring a vehicle to Yoder's Tire Service, we may ask for your name, phone number, and details about your vehicle and the work you need. We use this to do the job, keep track of your vehicle while it is at the shop, and reach you about it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number at the counter, by phone, or when booking an appointment, we may send you text messages about your service: when your vehicle is ready, appointment reminders, and questions about your repair. Message frequency depends on your visit. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or tell us at the counter. Reply HELP or call (478) 472-1123 for help.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (such as our shop software and text-message carrier) only to deliver the services described here.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
